Watch how a bowl of crawfish ramen is made!

To celebrate National Ramen Day on April 4, Houston Life’s Melanie Camp went into the kitchen with general manager and chef, Todd Patterson, to see how Ramen Tatsu-Ya in Houston’s Montrose area make their limited edition crawfish ramen. Called “The Crawmen,” this dish is basically a crawfish boil in a bowl and only available until April 21! Watch more and see how Mel rates it in deliciousness in the video above.
