April 4 is National Ramen Day and for the first time since 2019, Ramen Tatsu-Ya has brought back “The Crawmen,” their signature crawfish-meets-ramen dish. To celebrate, Houston Life’s Melanie Camp took one lucky KPRC 2 Insider, Rayvn Hack and her friend Pauline, out to lunch to try this limited edition bowl of Cajun spiced deliciousness.
